Um, check the edges of the bottom part (with the keyboard) for a logo and a little button. The CD tray should come straight out when you press the button. Or, with Windows Explorer open, you can right click the CD or DVD drive and hit “Eject” in the menu you get. Can’t comment for a Mac unfortunately.

if you can find the burner…or if there isn’t one (which I can’t imagine)…you could always buy an external CD burner and just hook it up via USB port…they’re pretty cheap these days..less than $40

Many new mini-laptops (netbooks) don’t have a DVD drive. I’ll take the OP’s word that he/she has one, though.
