Susan’s outfit has a really great, vibrant tone. The bold pattern of the coat and its subdued palette set against the bright leather gloves and boots. She picks up some colour in her silk scarf. It’s all subtle, but really well done.
One neat detail that I didn’t pick up on until I had transferred the photos to a computer are the earrings. At first glance I mistook them as soda can tabs made into jewelry, and I’d be interested to hear more about them if Susan reads this.
My favourite point of interest are the boots. It’s refreshing to see a nice pair of boots, sans crazy heel, in such a rich tone.

yea having to rely on street lamps and such this time of year creates som pretty harshly light shots :)

I don’t consider boots to be in or out, I consider them beautiful timeless necessities.
