The Water Witch is a fantastic takeout fish and chips spot. If you are out for a drive in the Pouch Cove area, be sure to stop in. Its just off the main road in a little red building. They have burgers and chicken and fish and all that good stuff. If you ask, they even have a vegetarian burger option, which I was really impressed with.
Great family business, great service, what a great spot to stop for a feed; eat in your car looking at the big waves in the cold weather, or eat at a picnic table in the park in the summertime!
I’ll definitely be going back when I’m in the area – for more poutine and veggie burger!

The waterwitch restaurant is the best place to go and eat. its soo great to have a restaurant back in pouch cove agian. thanks sooooo much Roger, Janet and kids!

The wait times are still long. I gave this place a year since it opened and nothing has improved. Food was also undercooked in my last visit. Also heard a microwave in use. I wanted to ask, but I didn’t. I had a feeling after the fact that they used it to reheat the gravy.
