I think that while The Scope is informative I always fantasize about a `worse of list` every year…every town, city, young open minded paper strives for difference but in the end..they ALL LOOK THE SAME…..come on we know that there is the worse fish and chip shop, the worse bar service, crappiest newspaper, lets have it!!!!

I think the I Shop and Tell blog strikes this balance nicely, without the need to actually single anyone out as being the absolute “worst.” They have been a little lax in posting lately, but their Twitter feed still seems active and informative.
