    I think this is the first time we’ve ever cited the Fraser Institute, and I’m not sure how I feel about it.

    The Quebec number is misleading as it’s based on % revenue. Quebec has direct income tax revenue and therefor has “more” revenue. In terms of gov’t expenditure Quebec is closer to the rest of in terms of % budget on health spending. That’s what get when you cite the Fraser Institute. Misleading information.
