For The Love of Literature Conference: This year’s focus is “Remix: Presentations, Representations, and Mixed Media in Literature”, featuring George Murray, Joan Sullivan, Iain McCurdy, Eva Crocker, Bee Travers, Matt Burt, Amyanne Smith, and more, free, MUN A-1043 (Sat Mar 9 from 11am to 4pm)

Joint Open House (MUN Engineering and Applied Science & Earth Sciences) The two faculties will host info booths, guided tours of working laboratories, prize giveaways, and more as part of National Engineering and Geoscience Month, MUN (Sat Mar 9 from 9am to 3pm)

Public Pill Drop (MUN School of Pharmacy) Members of the public are encouraged to clear out their medicine cabinets and drop off their expired or unused medications for safe, confidential disposal. Prescription or over-the-counter medications in tablet or capsule form can be collected. No liquids, creams, gels or sharps, free, MUN-UC (Sat Mar 9 from 12pm to 4pm)
